A 100% French technological alliance serving local communities
Fifteen, which owns its own shared e-bike technology, provides a comprehensive white-label service for the supply and operation of bike-sharing systems, enabling local authorities to promote cycling in their regions.
After an exceptional year in 2025 and strong growth in France and abroad, Fifteen is further strengthening its position as a key partner for local authorities and mobility operators.
By integrating eBikeLabs’ software expertise, Fifteen aims to:
Optimize battery consumption while riding to extend the range of the bikes;
Improve the user experience during hill starts and better account for rider weight;
Develop new, innovative features for shared bikes.
“This partnership with eBikeLabs is fully in line with our commitment to supporting local authorities in deploying sustainable, efficient, and attractive mobility solutions. Together, we’re making e-bike fleets more efficient, more reliable, and more enjoyable to use,” said Arnaud Le Rodallec, Co-founder and CEO of Fifteen.
eBikeLabs: Software intelligence at the heart of shared cycling
A pioneer in intelligent motor control software for e-bikes, eBikeLabs continues to expand its presence in the shared fleet segment through this new partnership. Its flagship motor control platform, eBikeOS, optimizes energy consumption, maintenance, and ride comfort thanks to adaptive algorithms.
“Collaborating with Fifteen, which oversees the full design and production of its bikes, perfectly illustrates our vision: bringing more intelligence and efficiency to all forms of shared mobility. By combining our eBikeOS technology with Fifteen’s hardware and software expertise, we bring real differentiation to the market: more efficient fleets, more satisfied users, and more accessible active mobility,” explained Maël Bosson, Founder and CEO of eBikeLabs.
A partnership driving innovation and international growth. Tangible results expected in 2026
By combining their R&D teams and technologies, all designed and manufactured in France, Fifteen and eBikeLabs are creating a unique synergy for the benefit of French and European local authorities.
The first innovations from this joint program will be progressively deployed:
On new bikes assembled by Fifteen and its industrial partner in the Hauts-de-France region;
Through software updates for existing fleets, allowing operators and municipalities to quickly benefit from the advances resulting from this partnership.
