Our Story & Founders
2012: While pursuing doctoral research at INRIA (Grenoble), Maël Bosson realized that cars were becoming autonomous while bicycles remained analog.
2015: Maël founded eBikeLabs to bridge the tech gap in cycling and was later joined by entrepreneur Jean‑René Bouvier, who brought Silicon Valley strategy and IP expertise.
eBikeOS now stands ready to power the long-term future of electric cycling.
